UltraSonic Universal Humidifier
The universal air humidifiers can be used in many different ways. The modular design and the simple adaptation to the application characterize the UB 1...4 series in particular, which can be
equipped with a double fan and integrated continuous controller CT1 or optionally with a remote control.
The UB08 and UB12/18/24 series are available for humidification capacities greater than 2 kg/h. All universal air humidifiers are equipped with the AquaDrain cyclic drainage.
Components for the water supply, additional hygiene and safety for all systems round off the optimal use of these humidification solutions.
universal Humidifier DRC V3.1
The DRC was developed for applications in harsh environmental conditions. The component selection is based on the protection class of IP54 or higher. The DRC can be used directly in the room or work in the bypass. The electronics are separated from the fluid area, so that highly humid air can also be sucked in. The DRC is already based on the PCB 3.1 and is equipped with AquaDrain plus. The optional bypass kit is required for operation in bypass.

universal Humidifier UB01-UB04 V3.1
The UB-1...4/3.1 series is based on the PCB 3.1 generation of control boards with improved thermal management, revised solenoid valve control, MODBUS RTU and the AquaDrain plus hygiene management
system.
The humidifier is used for the fully automatic generation of aerosol mist from deionized water based on the ultrasonic principle. The humidifier output is controlled by an external hygrostat
(ON-OFF), MODBUS RTU or by a continuous control signal provided by the customer. Optionally, a remote control (control potentiometer for each oscillator) can be connected directly to the
UB-1...4/3.1.

universal Humidifier UB01-UB04/CT V3.1
The UB-1...4/CT V3.1 series is based on the PCB 3.1 generation of control boards and has an integrated continuous controller. Connecting a humidity sensor directly to the universal humidifier is enough to set up a compact and precise humidification system. The aerosol blow-out pipes allow the humidified air to be guided and distributed in a targeted manner. The series is equipped with the AquaDrain plus hygiene management system.

universal Humidifier UB08 V3.1
The universal air humidifier UB-8 V3.1 with a humidification capacity of max. 4 kg/h can be used flexibly. The 8 aerosol blow-out pipes allow the humidified air to be guided and distributed in a targeted manner. The humidifier is supplied with 48 V AC voltage. The humidification output can be controlled with one or two-stage hygrostats, constant analog control signals such as 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA, or with the optional wired remote control. The UB-8 V3.1 is equipped with the hygiene management AquaDrain plus, current measurement of the actuators and the MODBUS RTU for communication.

It can be controlled in ON-OFF mode or steplessly with a continuously proportional control signal such as 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA. The hygiene management AquaDrain plus, MODBUS RTU, monitoring of the actuators, potential-free status and collective error messages are part of the range of functions.
