The design of systems corresponds to VDI guideline 6022 part 6.
The VDI 6022 is a guideline of the technical building equipment department of the Association of German Engineers. This guideline is considered a recognized rule of technology. The Rotasystem Neptronic steam humidification systems meet the high requirements of the OSHPD.
The OSHPD Special Seismic Certification Preapproval (OSP) is a program of review and preapproval by Special Seismic Certifications for healthcare facility construction and component installation.
All electrical components comply with the international standard of ETL Intertek.,
The ETL Listed mark, which is recognized in the USA and Canada, guarantees compliance with North American safety standards. The special ETL Sanitation Mark represents compliance with ANSI/NSF
standards and may be used after successful sanitation testing and certification.
Rotasystem Certifications
The members of the management, the sales team and all service technicians of Rotasystem Service GmbH are regularly trained, checked and certified with regard to safety and hygiene requirements.
Occupational safety is important to us, which is why our employees regularly take part in SCC training courses.
All our employees also have an IPAF PAL training certificate for working platforms and articulated climbers.
Our employees are trained according to VDI 6022 category A.
The VDI Guideline 6022 specifies the binding hygiene requirements for air conditioning systems and devices according to the state of the art. The qualification and training of the people involved
in the planning, construction, manufacture, installation, operation including maintenance is also described here. These activities and above all the recurring inspections of the HVAC systems or
their components require training in accordance with VDI 6022 Category A.
Our employees are trained according to VDI 6022 Category B.
Compliance with and control of the hygiene requirements for air conditioning systems requires appropriate qualifications and professional experience on the part of the staff. Service and
maintenance of system components require training in accordance with VDI 6022 category B.
